Fula Flavour
Retail brand Fula Flavour are a West African inspired food and drinks company from Sheffield. Created by Hawa Talbot, originally from Guinea in West Africa, Hawa moved to the UK bringing with her recipes and new flavours that will truly make your taste buds dance to that African beat. We created a brand that is vibrant and modern, but maintaining a visible connection to West African culture from which it was inspired.

The next phase of this retail brand was to develop a product range, Djembe Hot Sauce. These products are a brand unto themselves and required an expansion of the main Fula Flavour themes. Musical instruments were the focus, to tie in with the "heat with an African beat" strap line, and Djembe is an African drum. The focal point of the labels was the surface of a Djembe drum which doubles up as the sun on the horizon.
